The first step is to either incorporate a corporation or move your existing corporation's minute book documents onto the Groove Law platform.

New Incorporations

Groove Law will incorporate a new corporation for you (Ontario or federal corporation) and prepare a minute book.

Existing Corporations

Already have a corporation? Groove Law will work with you to bring the corporation's minute book up to date and upload it to the platform.

Review them with a lawyer.

You can request a legal doc by completing a form through the platform. You can also schedule a call and your lawyer will complete the form with you. These are just some of the legal docs which are available through Groove Law:
