The following items are subject to an additional fee:

docs which are not included (fee is presented to you in advance);
disbursements, such as government filing fees or search fees;
once the doc is shared with the ohter party, one revision is included and there is a fee for additional revisions. For example, if a contractor agreement is prepared and then shared with the contractor, your lawyer will review their comments with ou and update the draft - that is one revision. If further changes are required, there is an additional fee;
preparing a customized template;
legal work whose requirements are more complex than our standard docs. For example, web or mobile applications may have more complex requirements for their app terms of service than our standard doc.
