Request a legal doc and get a draft delivered quickly (generaly the next business day). A lawyer will then review the doc with you to provide you with advice and modify the docs as needed to suit your needs.
Your corporation's minute book will be maintained on the platform so you can easily access minute book documents such as cap tables, articles of incorporation and resolutions.

* Set up fee is for a new incorporation or to onboard an existing corporation (there may be an additional fee for an existing corporation which is older than 5 years or with a number of issues that need to be rectified). Expenses are only for a new incorporation and are approximately $215 for a federal corporation and $400 for an Ontario corporation.
** Routine corporate docs include (a) director, officer and registered office changes, (ii) dividend resolutions; and (iii) annual resolutions and filings.
*** There is an additional fee to initially create the template with you. We’ll then apply a fee based on another legal doc of similar complexity so it can then be created just like any legal doc.
Of course. You can download all documents that were prepared through Groove Law. If you would like Groove Law to take care of this, we can do so (subject to an additional fee).
Yes, during the onboarding stage, we can incorporate a new corporation for you or add an existing corporation’s documents to the platform.
You can cancel at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable. In addition, depending on your usage, you may be charged an additional fee for the docs that were prepared for you. See our terms for additional details.
Yes, unless you request otherwise, a lawyer will review all docs with you and, if necessary, modify them so they suit your needs.
