Can I use an existing corporation?

Yes, during the onboarding stage, we can either incorporate a new corporation for you or we can add an existing corporation’s documents to the platform.

Your data is transmitted and stored securely (in-transit and at-rest) using 256-bit (bank-grade) encryption (for technical reasons, user email addresses and business names are not currently encrypted at-rest).

You can cancel at any time. Annual fees are non-refundable.

Of course. You can download all documents that were prepared through Groove Law. If you would like us to send all of the documents to you, we can do so (subject to an additional fee).

Unless you request otherwise, a lawyer will review all docs with you to ensure they are suitable for your needs.

While you have the option of submitting a doc on your own, you can also schedule a virtual meeting and a lawyer will complete the form with you.

Groove Law’s list of docs include many standard corporate minute book docs and contracts. However, certain transactions, such as share or assets sales to third parties, certain online terms of service or complex contracts are not suitable for our workflow. This may be because the process or contract is too complex or the matter just requires a variety of documents to be prepared. Groove Law can assist with most of these matters, but not through the Groove Law platform.
